Join Rhythmic Roots Yoga for an all-levels class blending a vinyasa flow and focused pose breakdowns in a class/workshop-style format. We’ll explore proper alignment, modifications, and how to move in a way that supports your unique body and rhythm.

With hands-on assists (with consent) or verbal cues, this session is perfect for anyone looking to learn proper alignment, get adjustments, and learn the fundmentals of yoga. Whether you're experienced or brand new, you’ll gain confidence in getting into postures safely and effectively for your body type.

This is the perfect class to bring a friend who’s curious about yoga but hasn’t tried it yet! They’ll learn the most common poses, key alignment principles, and how to practice confidently.

Meet Jackie:

Jackie discovered yoga in 2011, drawn to it initially by its physical benefits, it quickly became a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. In 2020, she earned her 200-hour teaching certification and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study and collaboration. She is also a teacher and community health advocate for Yoga In Our City in Bridgeport, CT. Passionate about making yoga an inclusive experience for everyone, she is now launching the Rhythmic Roots Yoga series to bring various collaborations and wellness practices to her community.
