Yoga Foundations: 4-Part Beginner-Friendly Series in Seattle
About this Event
Build a stronger, more confident yoga practice from the ground up.
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or have been practicing for years, this four-part Yoga Foundations series is designed to deepen your understanding of movement, breath, and alignment in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Each session focuses on a different group of foundational postures, exploring alignment, common modifications, and the purpose behind each pose. Along the way, we’ll introduce basic anatomy and movement principles to help you understand how your body moves and why alignment matters.
Each session will also include foundational breathwork (pranayama) and meditation practices to help cultivate awareness, focus, and a deeper connection to your practice.
You’ll learn how to move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease both in class and in your own practice.
