This is not just a yoga class—this is a clinical therapy program rooted in neuroscience and grounded in the pioneering work of the Trauma Recovery Centre in Boston.
Designed for individuals healing from trauma, this 8-week therapeutic series integrates movement, psychoeducation, and nervous system regulation practices in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Trauma-informed, choice-based movement
Psychoeducation on trauma, the nervous system, and pathways to healing
Somatic resourcing and regulation tools
Group support with an emphasis on safety and autonomy
A comprehensive participant manual to guide your journey and deepen integration
Grounded in polyvagal theory, interoception, and somatic psychology, this program is designed to gently reconnect you with your body in ways that feel safe, empowering, and restorative.
