Join Lisa Blanchard and Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon for a relaxing and enchanting evening in celebration of the Fall Equinox. This time of year reminds us that winter is coming and that it is time to slow down and rest the body from the busyness of summer. Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon will lead you through a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class while Lisa Blanchard will play the Crystal and Tibetan Bowls. The bowls are a sound healing instruments that guide the body into the relaxation response of the body stimulating the body's natural healing ability. You will emerge relaxed, renewed and refreshed.
