We begin in quiet reverence, gently arriving through breath and presence. In this sacred stillness, a guided meditation invites you to root into the moment, as healing Reiki energy flows through the group—clearing, balancing, and softening the layers that no longer serve.

A gentle, flowing yoga practice awakens your body with fluid movements and breath-led transitions—like the graceful rhythm of falling leaves. This practice invites spaciousness into your joints, calm into your mind, and ease into your energy.

Supported by music, intention, and skilled facilitation, you’ll be invited to release, remember, and return—renewed.
