A 1-hour yoga class built for runners. Target hips, hamstrings & IT band. All levels welcome. 13 June, 3:30PM.
About this Event

Whether you run 5K or 42 or just run from your problems (no judgment, we all are) you're welcome here.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS is a one-hour class built specifically around how runners move. We target the areas that carry the most impact: hip flexors, hamstrings, IT band, and lower back with intentional movement, breathing exercise, and space to genuinely slow down.

This isn't a stretching class. It's a full practice of strength and recovery built around the way runners' bodies actually work.

No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. Just show up.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A balanced flow — movement + recovery, not just stretching
  • Strength and stability work tailored for runners
  • Deep hip and hamstring release
  • Breathing exercise to reset your nervous system
  • Calm, grounded pace — intentional, not passive

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Runners of all distances — 5K, 10K, half marathon, full, trail
  • Hybrid athletes and active professionals
  • Anyone who moves a lot and recovers too little
  • And those simply running from their responsibilities — you are openly welcomed
