Yoga for Renewal
About this Event
Prepare for the Jewish New Year by slowing down, taking a breath, and making space for what's ahead. In this all-levels workshop, Julie Emden, founder of Embodied Jewish Learning, blends Iyengar-inspired yoga with Jewish wisdom to help you reflect, recharge, and reconnect. Through mindful movement and meaningful conversation, you'll let go of the past year, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the new one with greater clarity and intention.
No prior yoga experience or Hebrew knowledge required. Come as you are, ready to stretch into the new year.
