Glow SoundBath is an immersive meditative experience, the healthiest way to wash away your mental chatter without any effort or substance. The founder, Natasha, graduated from a 7-year classical piano pre-conservatory program and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 14 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow focused on specific chakra frequencies aligned with a class's theme, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state. At Glow, you are offered to lie down in a supported restorative pose with yoga bolsters and hot stones..and as you rest, powerful raw organic sound vibrations shower you from head to toe, harmonizing the energies of your body: physical, mental, and emotional, soothing your brain with alpha-theta brain waves, and moving you to your healing parasympathetic state.
Host a special wellness event with our team: inside Glow, or at your location. Our space is absolutely beautiful with skylights and 20ft ceilings and can accommodate up to 30ppl.
You can also rent our space to host your own event!

Parking: North Beach Parking Garage is at 735 Vallejo ($5/h)
Bring: nothing, everything is provided if hosted at Glow. For hosting at your location, please prepare mats or blankets to lie on - we do not offer props for outside events.
Cancellations: close 7 days before the event. After that, there are no refunds. To reschedule within the 7 days before the event please apply an additional $80 payment here
