A free 4-week class series for Martinsburg South Middle school students along with their parents and guardians. Join South Middle's science teacher and certified yoga instructor Chrissy Lewin for an all levels class to create body awareness, instill confidence and self-control, along with learning how to calm one's nervous system.
The world can feel extra heavy for our middle schoolers. Let's give them the tools to feel their emotions and work through them in a healthy way.
