• 30 minutes of immersive sound healing to melt stress and deepen relaxation
• Intro to gua sha lesson II we'll quickly recap lesson 1 (so no worries if you missed it!) and you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to support lymphatic flow and glowing skin, and add a few new techniques & tools
• Delicious, energizing ginger shots to give your system a fiery, feel-good boost
