YOGA For Latin Dancers

Your weekly reset for grounding, balance, mobility, and body awareness — designed specifically with dancers in mind.

This special Yoga for Dancers series focuses on stretches, strengthening exercises, flexibility, posture, core stability, and movement control that support Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Son, and Latin dance training.

Improve your balance, coordination, endurance, and recovery while helping prevent injuries and tension from repetitive movement.

Led by Laritza Gomez, this class blends mindful movement with dancer-focused conditioning to help you move with more confidence, fluidity, and ease both on and off the dance floor.

Perfect for dancers of all levels, wellness seekers, beginners, non-dancers, and busy professionals looking to recharge and reconnect with their bodies.

YOGA - For Latin Dancers (Two Sessions)

• No partner required

• Designed to help you leave feeling better than you arrived

Cost: $15 drop-in per person / $10 for first-timers, new to Yoga
