Sound & Slow Movement with Meredith Pritchett invites you to come as you are. This session supports all experience levels and helps you reconnect with yourself through guided movement, gentle breathwork, and soothing sound. Movements are slow and simple, with time spent both seated and standing. No props needed. Meredith plays Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, a rainstick, an ocean drum, and rattles to create a calm, supportive space.
