🧘♀️ Yoga for BeginnersIn this course, we’ll work with 🌬️ breathing, 🧍♀️ body awareness, 🤸♀️ range of movement & flexibility, ⚖️ balance, 💪 strength, and 🌸 relaxation.
We’ll ask questions, explore movement with mindfulness, connect with lovely new people 🤗, and maybe even fall a little bit in love with yoga 💖.
This course is perfect for you if you’ve never tried yoga before, or if you have some experience and want to deepen and strengthen your practice.
🕉️ The course consists of 10 classes.

The classes are led by Anna, an experienced yoga and tango teacher in Gothenburg, with a certified pedagogical background and a passion for movement and connection.
