Yoga Flows Class with Kath's Dru Yoga at Strutts Centre, Belper

A dynamic 60-minute Dru Yoga Flows class, fusing Dru sequences and classical Indian dance movements for an energising and empowering flow.

Suitable for beginners, though a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Including elements from the Salute to the Four Directions sequence, Warrior and Archer poses we build the sequence gradually, then close with a short relaxation.

Part of a longer Dru Dance sequence called 'Contentment', this class gives a flavour of Dru Yoga Dance for those who want to try a more dynamic style of yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a blanket (for relaxation).

Mat sanitiser spray and alcohol gel provided.
