Dynamic Yoga Dance Class: Shining Star

A dynamic yoga class, combining Dru Energy Block Release sequences with dynamic flows to energise and empower. The class starts with warming 'flow-in' movements, then we build the sequence stage by stage, closing with relaxation.

Your investment includes a recording of the class for you to access online and enjoy.

If you are new to Kath's Dru Yoga, a short health questionnaire will be emailed to you to complete before the class, in order to comply with insurance policy.

You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, a drink of water and a blanket. Please bring any yoga props, cushions, blocks etc you normally use.
