step into a gentle, nurturing space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, recharge, and celebrate the festive season. the session begins with an hour of gentle grounding yoga (all levels welcome). afterwards, we share time together over tea/coffee/hot chocolate, something sweet (there may be mince pies) and welcome heartfelt connections and conversations.

this is an open space to begin and nurture friendships, and build a supportive community. whether you are here for the movement, to meet new people or just to take time for your self... you are welcome just as you are! bring friends, family and loved ones!
