New Years Yoga Day Retreat
Start 2026 the yoga way with me on the mat for a day yoga retreat.
Unplug from the Christmas frenzy and re connect to your self and your mat.
An opportunity to make time for movement, rest and reflection, to reconnect with yourself and to set intentions for the year ahead.
Honour the year that’s past and look toward the future.
Active hatha flow into yin and restorative practice. Time to move and time to rest more fully.
As always opportunities to deepen our practice learn a little more about the roots of yoga that I practice.
A chance to breathe more deeply, move, dance, sing mantra, smile and be in shared space creating community.
Designed to nourish and restore, the day will help you start the new year with clarity and intention.
Interlaced of course with Bhakti philosophy deepening the connection to the ancient ways.
Mantra chanting and kirtan of course.
Everything is an invitation. It is a day to release and reconnect.

Lunch, tea/coffee and refreshments are included
Wear comfortable loose clothing bring layers, maybe a blanket for extra comfort. Mats, bolsters and blocks all provided, yet bring your own if you have them.
