Yoga class with Megan Arnotti @Lululemon Maryland Plaza

Join us for a FREE YOGA class on Saturday, November 2nd at 8am with Island Life Yoga's founder Megan Arnotti, followed by a private shopping hour at the Maryland Plaza lululemon store. Students will flow through a yoga sequence designed to empower and build heat and balance, followed by deep stretches with a guided meditation. After the practice you will have the chance for a private shopping hour and to get to know your fellow yogi's and your new St. Louis Yoga Ambassador. Expect to be delighted with a deep sense of connection to both yourself and your fellow students. We can't wait to see you there!
