Join us for a calming and rejuvenating yoga class led by the wonderful Myrna Salomon! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Myrna’s gentle guidance and warm spirit will help you unwind, find your center, and release the stresses of the day.
Classes are held every Monday and Thursday at 7:00 PM at Creative Passion Partners Wellness Center. All levels are welcome—just bring your mat and an open heart!
