Champions of Aging Nutrition Cohort

Join us for Champions of Aging Nutrition Cohort, a 10-week series dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and community for seniors 60+ in the San Gabriel Valley. Through engaging workshops, cooking demos, guest speakers, and hands-on activities, participants will explore the connection between nutrition, culture, and overall well-being.

This program is designed to empower older adults with the knowledge and resources to make informed food choices, advocate for food justice, and improve their quality of life. Each session builds on the last, creating a supportive space for learning, movement, and connection.

Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, learn new recipes, or better understand how food impacts your health—this series is for you!
