Come be present in nature and flow through a simple sequence of breathwork with a meditative nature walk in the gardens. We will move among the trees and roses, have our feet in the grass and admire the relaxing aura of the blue sky.
Open to all levels of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, bug spray and sunscreen if you need it!
$15, $10 for garden members. Pre-registration is requested.
