Sink into stillness with this special Yin + Sound Healing practice designed to align with the energy of the New Moon. Gentle, long-held Yin poses open space in the body while crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and tuning forks guide you into deep release. The practice restores balance to your nervous system, clears mental clutter, and leaves you grounded yet uplifted.
Throughout the practice, Carole will move through the room offering one-on-one sound activations with her tuning forks, bowls and practitioner’s crystal bowl, creating personalized moments of resonance and relaxation.
The practice closes with a luminous SoundScape Savasana, a final wave of vibration that carries you into deep stillness.
Space is intentionally limited to ensure each participant receives individualized attention and a fully immersive experience.
