Led by Alexis Espinoza-Arrubla, M.S., Group Wellness Facilitator

A certified trauma-informed wellness educator, Reiki Master, and mindfulness and sound therapist, Alexis brings over a decade of experience in emotional wellness and holistic healing. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with their breath, body, and inner voice—creating space for transformation on a soul level.

Sunrise Sessions is a 90-minute outdoor experience to move intentionally, reset gently, and begin your day with clarity.It’s not a workout or a yoga class—it’s something softer.

You can expect:• A DJ-curated sunrise set by DJ Jak_E• Breath-led movement and gentle stretching guided by Alexis• A closing moment of stillness or reflection• A supportive, screen-free environment in the early morning light• Community, calm, and space to reconnect with yourself

You don’t have to attend every session to be part of Sunrise Sessions.Each one is a standalone experience—you’re welcome to join whenever the timing feels right.
