Join us for this collaboration where we combine 3 practices; yoga, concious connected breathwork followed by a soundbath meditation.
What to bring
- Everything from eye mask, blanket, cushioned mat is prepared for you.
- Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally
How should I prepare? - Refrain from coffee/caffeine for two hours prior
- Refrain from eating two hours prior
- Refrain from alcohol at least 12 hours prior
- Substances that alter brain state are prohibited
- Take note of the contraindications on the purchase page. Breathwork is an incredible modality there are some contraindications that will prohibit some from joining
