Bring your own mat and yoga block (if you have one) and join us for an hour of gentle yoga. We will focus on stretching and breathing while taking in nature. Our theme will be practicing stillness in our busy world.
I will read a Biblical scripture passage at the end to meditate and pray through towards the end of class.
This class is donation based.
