In this workshop we will learn:
What Ayurveda is & why it matters as a yoga practitioner.
Discover your personal constitution & how to live in balance with your true nature
How to initiate & maintain Ayurvedic daily habits for health & harmony.
Sample an Ayurvedic meal to kick off an optional spring cleanse.
Leave with a personalized plan to weave Ayurveda into your life in a supportive & sustainable way.
This workshops is lecture based with some meditation and breath-work (no āśana) although stretching breaks will be offered.
