Awakening to the Sacred Pulsations of Life: life Affirming, Heart Centered, & Alignment Based Tantric Yoga Teachings. Cost $55: with Randy Boyd E-RYT 500 YACEP, Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), & Certified Yoga for Bone Health.
The workshop will explore the concept of sacred pulsations in nature, integrating modern movement science with ancient yoga philosophy to help participants align with these pulsations for greater peace, health, and joy in their practice and life. The event will include a theme, therapeutic asana, a printed handout, and savasana.
Randy Boyd has been teaching workshops and yoga teacher trainings since 2013. He has conducted sessions in various locations including West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, as well as online workshops. Additionally, Randy offers private yoga therapy sessions regularly. His teachings blend precise anatomical alignment with heart-centered, life-affirming ancient yoga philosophy that is relevant to modern life.
We are asking each participant to perform a rapid covid test prior to the workshop. Teachers will be eligible for 3 hours of CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
