Yoga at Ons Park // Saturdays

During the warm months, you can join the outdoor yoga sessions in Our Park.

These sessions focus on finding your zen, recharging your energy, and strengthening your inner warrior. They consist of flowing sequences of poses synchronized with your breath.

You will also practice pincha mayurasana (forearm stand) and sirsasana (headstand), so prepare for an adventurous and enriching experience!

Practical information

• Try to be at least 5 minutes to arrive before class.
• The meetingpoint is in the middle of the grass field at Ons Park.
• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Bring your own mat.

After the session, there are great lunchrooms to join a breakfast for e.g. Fadi's or Koozie.
