Yoga at Eureka Heights Brewery

Start every FIRST Sunday of the month with a revitalizing vinyasa yoga flow led by Mellow Fellow Yoga and Houston Yoga Club at Eureka Heights Brewery!

Bring a mat, a friend, or come make a new friend as Amanda will host and guide you through an all-levels yoga flow inside the Beer Hall of Eureka Heights Brewery.

We will begin promptly at12:30 PM so please plan accordingly. Eureka Heights Brewery has a very spacious parking lot for our attendees to park their vehicles.

**PLEASE be weary of tow zones when parking on the street.**

There will reflection prompts upon arrival (This self-reflection exercise is for you. It is not required that you share your personal responses with others.) and a raffle prize give away after yoga. Treat yourself to a delicious beer on tap after yoga or have some fun on the pinball machine wall! Come connect with fellow yogi's while finding the joy in living a life of balance.
