Service Description:
Restorative yoga gives you a chance to slow down and just be. No straining, pinching, or sweating here. Allow complete relaxation of your body, mind, and spirit through 6-10 supported poses held with the use of bolsters, pillows, blankets, straps, and eye pillows.
