We practice on the west side of the park between Ferril Lake and the museum of nature and science near the water & the lilac Bushes.

This all-levels outdoor yoga class in Denver is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all bodies and experience levels.

Each class includes:

• All Levels Vinyasa-style flow (breath + movement)
• Modifications for beginners and advanced students
• Rotating local Denver yoga instructors
• Mountain Views, blooming lilacs at City Park
• Community-focused, inclusive environment

This is a donation-based yoga class to keep wellness accessible for everyone.
