About this Event
This workshop is for UAL students only. You will need to have a valid ID card to enter the buidling.
Come and join us for an yoga session in Camberwell which offers a calm and welcoming space to support wellbeing in celebration for University Mental Health Day.
Through gentle movement, stretching, and mindful breathing, participants can release tension, improve focus, and reconnect with themselves.
Taking time to pause and move with intention helps reduce stress and promotes both physical and mental balance, making it a simple yet powerful way to care for overall wellbeing.
