Join Jody in the Alexander Discovery Center for our Summer Edition Yoga class, a morning of bending, breathing, and relaxation designed to help you unwind and recharge. This inclusive class features gentle yoga movements that move the spine in all directions, calming breathing techniques, and extended relaxation infused with a sprinkling of yoga philosophy.
All levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged to attend. Bring your yoga mat and enjoy a peaceful summer practice in the comfort of the Alexander Discovery Center.
Instructor Bio: Jody Reece is an experienced yoga teacher and lifelong student who has been sharing the transformative benefits of yoga since 2005. With more than 11,000 teaching hours and over 1,500 hours of advanced training, she brings deep knowledge, compassion, and authenticity to every class. Trained in a variety of yoga styles and healing traditions, Jody specializes in creating accessible, inclusive experiences for students of all ages and abilities. Her teaching emphasizes breath, grounding, healing, and personal growth, helping each student feel supported, empowered, and welcome on their yoga journey.

Class Registration, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Bok Tower Gardens requires registration for all classes. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Before the class:
If a participant needs to cancel, requests for refunds or exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Approved cancellations made within this timeframe may receive a refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note:
Some classes may be designated as nonrefundable due to the cost of materials or supplies. These classes will be identified in the description at the time of registration.
After the class:
Once a class has taken place, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation. Bok Tower Gardens reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
