Tiffany’s sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and suitable for everyone—whether you’ve never stepped on a mat or you’re a daily practitioner.

After the class why not head inside (or stay on the Terrace) and treat yourself to a legendary Babble Breakfast.

Every donation helps the Brighton Natural Health Foundation bring community yoga to people facing health inequalities.

🍳 Note: Breakfast is not included in the yoga ticket, but Babble will be serving up their full menu of locally sourced brunch plates and artisan coffee immediately after the class.
