Take some time for yourself as we move into the busy time of the year and treat yourself to a day of yoga, aromatherapy and deep state relaxation. During the retreat we will be bringing together mindful movement, conscious relaxation and aromatherapy to support you in cultivating the perfect conditions for your own wellbeing.

- Make your own roller scent with Bianca, (Peterborough’s only independent Neal’s Yard consultant)
- A yin yoga class
- Get massaged as you enjoy a blissful yoga Nidra (which means yogic sleep)
