🎀 About the Evening 🎀
Please join Susan and Doug for an evening of Sound Healing, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast Cancer remains the most common cancer in women in the United States other than skin cancer. Great advances in care have been made and survival rates continue to improve.
Few of us have not known someone affected by Breast Cancer. This practice and sound healing will be dedicated to those currently fighting for survival; to those who have won the battle and to those who are supporting them in the fight. No experience is necessary to participate in this practice. Come join us to send out positive energy to all those in need.

🎀 About the Hosts 🎀
Susan A. Malo discovered yoga over 30 years ago in response to an injury. Having learned how beneficial the practice was, she went on to become a yoga teacher completing her YTT 200 at Samadhi Yoga in 2016. She has additional training in guiding the practice of Yin Yoga and Yoga for Healthy Aging.
In addition, Susan is a Reiki Master. Susan believes yoga is a transformative and easily accessible way to improve the health of the mind, body, and spirit.

Doug Yaeger is a Certified Sound Healer and Professional Musician. Doug has spent recent years utilizing Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, and other instruments to enhance Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Qigong sessions. He performs all throughout the Northeast. Prior to embarking on Sound Healing Doug spent many years performing around New England playing Drums in all sorts of bands playing everything from Rock to Blues to Jazz. Doug also spends time teaching lessons, playing in Drum Circles, studying Ethnic Drumming, and Recording. He majored in Music Education in college and has played in Marching Bands and toured around the state playing for musical theater.
