We’ll begin with gentle guiding practices to help you arrive fully in your body—softening, grounding, and opening to the wisdom within. From there, the music becomes our guide, carrying us on an inward journey through waves of rhythm and silence.
This is not about performance, and it is not about dancing with others. There is no contact dancing—only your own unique expression, your own movement as medicine. Each step, sway, or stillness is an invitation to listen deeper, to feel, to release, to remember.
Together, we create a safe and supportive field where women can move freely without judgment, comparison, or expectation. This is your time, your space, your dance.
