Yoga & Mountainside Meditation

Meet us by the waterfall for an all levels yoga flow. Please feel inspired to bring nature items to add to the earth day inspired nature mala we will create. Please know that there will be time between the yoga class and the hike to drop off and gather belongings that you wish to bring with you up the mountain. Depending on the weather, a light blanket may be nice to wrap yourself in at the top. Please stay mindful that the hike up is a rock path, and sturdy shoes are recommended.
