Take a pause and reconnect—body, mind, and breath.

This one-hour introductory session blends gentle, accessible movement with the calming experience of sound healing. Participants will be guided through light stretching and mindful motion, followed by immersive sounds designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.This session will be facilitated by Shine Your Light CT, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring creativity, building confidence, and offering healing experiences through art, movement, and self-expression—especially for those who may not otherwise have access to these opportunities.

No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.

Whether you're curious about sound healing or simply looking for a peaceful way to begin your day, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down, reset, and restore.
