Flow through a grounding 6:30 PM yoga class (booked directly through Studio Aura) and enjoy the option to receive a high-dose 2,500 mcg Vitamin B12 injection immediately afterward.

B12 injections will be administered by Dr. Satara Brown and Dr. Kay — both board-certified physicians from Tone & Texture.
