A multisensory integration of guided breathwork and gentle yoga asanas, live abstract painting, and harmonizing of drones and cyclical patterns to create an experience you are sure to feel moved by.
Jackie Wing @jackiewing will lead breathwork to begin class, a gentle yoga flow, followed by an extended savasana.
Erica Huntzinger @ericahuntzinger local artist, will create a live abstract painting responding to the sound and movement shared in the room.
Cooper Diers @cooperdiers local musician, through the development of drones and cyclical patterns will harmonize a pulse with the movement and coinciding visual art shared in the room.
