After the yoga session, prepare to be transported to a state of deep relaxation during the soundhealing session. Let the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and other instruments wash over you, creating a meditative atmosphere that promotes healing and rejuvenation.

This 30 minute yoga flow and 30 minute soundbath is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world.
