Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and yoga teacher Sunni Nutt at Tasty Acres Farm on Saturday, May 23 from 9-1030a. What to expect:
- 45 minutes of gentle yoga outdoors - all yoga experience levels welcome!
- 45 minutes of berry picking
What's included:
- Yoga
- Ice cream cone or slushie
- Up to 1 lb of strawberries
Dress comfortably for outdoor yoga - don't forget your sunscreen and bugspray (as desired)! Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and any yoga props you'd like to use.
Also available for perusal at Tasty Acres: a greenhouse with plants for sale and a farm store with jams, jellies, and more!
