Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and yoga teacher Sunni Nutt as we team up with Bookmarx for Yoga at the Bookstore! This 60-minute practice is open to all levels - no experience required.
What to expect:
- A 60-minute gentle flow practice focused on the heart and solar plexus and calling in a balance of masculine and feminine energies in celebration of Father's Day and Summer Solstice
- Please bring your own mat and any yoga props you enjoy in your practice
- Time will be available for our group to shop privately post-practice
Bookmarx is a new and used bookstore specializing in classic literature, contemporary and postmodern fiction, science fiction, children's books and more.
Oh, and there are CATS onsite! They may or may not choose to yoga with us - we'll leave their practice up to them!
Sensory experience expectations: this session will be offered indoors inside Bookmarx, a public bookstore in downtown Springfield. There will be no candles, incense, or smudging in the space but the cats that make their home at Bookmarx may cause challenges to those with this specific allergy.
$25 per person. Please book your spot in advance.
