Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and yoga teacher Sunni for a cozy monthly gathering celebrating community and connection. Here, we'll sip tea or coffee and practice monthly intention-setting. Feel welcome to share your intentions in community or keep them to yourself - your choice! This event is open to all and is a great way to connect with other Essential Yoga Studio students, learn about and contribute to our Studio culture and growth, ask questions about our classes and offerings, and take a little time for you too!
Dress comfortably for seating on cushions on the floor or in a chair; hot tea and coffee provided.
Sensory experience expectations: this gathering is provided in a studio space lit softly by natural light or lamps. No incense, candles, or other smoke tools will be used during our time together. All movement is voluntary - no guided movement will be shared for this event. Soft music will be played through the studio speaker.
This is a FREE event but advanced booking is required for planning purposes.
