Start your Sunday with an uplifting, feel-good yoga practice that energizes your body and clears your mind.
This open-level energetic flow blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle strengthening. We’ll move dynamically, build some heat (yes, you might sweat a little), and then slow down to stretch, release tension, and reset your nervous system.
This class is designed to help you:

✨ Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced
The practice is fully accessible for all levels. I’ll always offer options and variations, so whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you’ll feel comfortable and supported.
No need to be “flexible” or “advanced” - just come as you are 🤍
Here’s a little guide to help you prepare:
🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• A yoga mat (optional - mats are available at the studio)
⏰ Arrival:
Please try to come 15 minutes earlier to settle in and start calmly.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I won’t be able to let you in, as the class will already be in progress.
