A playful, calming and confidence-boosting yoga class for children aged 5–11.
Across the six weeks, children will explore movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation to help them:
✨ Build emotional resilience
✨ Strengthen their bodies
✨ Improve focus and concentration
✨ Release stress after school
✨ Support sleep and confidence
✨ Learn calming tools they can use at home and in school
Each week includes:
✔ Breathing techniques for calm
✔ Soothing stretches and yoga games
✔ Guided relaxation
✔ A weekly mindfulness theme
✔ A fun Yoga Dance Sequence blending simple yoga shapes with expressive movement to boost confidence, coordination and joy
Perfect for children who need a little extra support with:
– worries or big feelings
– confidence and self-esteem
– winding down after school
– bedtime routines
– emotional regulation
