Take your Yoga outside and enjoy the beautiful New England summer! In this all-levels class, we will enjoy stretching and strengthening, movement and stillness, challenge, and ease. Open to all levels, appropriate for beginners and all ages are welcome.Bring your own yoga mat and props, including something to sit on so you will be comfortable on the ground. In the event of inclement weather, we will postpone the class to the following week.
Classes take place at the Stark Park Bandstand, River Road, Manchester, NH. $15 per class, $75 for the full series (YB annual and monthly members get 10% off the full series).
