We are pleased to offer professional Yoga Teacher Training to yogis throughout northern New England. Our next 200-hour, 9-month/12-weekend YTT program will meet in Manchester, NH, from September 14, 2024, to May 18, 2025. You will intensively study the dynamic and conscious practice of asana, anatomy and physiology, explore yoga’s philosophical underpinnings, practice meditation and pranayama, as well as investigate the Subtle Body and Ayurveda and so much more
