Meet Alex:
Hi friends, my name is Alex and I want to thank you for taking time to explore this page. I am grateful that we have found each other. I am a certified, trauma-informed, breath-work and sound healing facilitator specializing in stress, trauma, and wellness coaching conscious design mentoring.
My mission is to support the deeper calling of humanity to restore health, regenerate lands, and reconnect to the source of all wellbeing.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of students and clients all experiencing blocks and stressors that were limiting their life and their ability to create from a conscious place. What I have found is that there is actually a formula to overcoming these barriers and begin thriving in your life and begin truly living your purpose. The best part is that this formula doesn't involve spending years in therapy or walking barefoot in the snow for ten miles to and from school-uphill... (although that may test your willpower)😄
